The customer is also ordering from UniLink’s eCommerce platform, where they place all future orders and repair requests online! This online ordering system allows the customer to bill and ship to any location, assign a PO number to any order, and maintain a complete order history that can be exported from the website into an excel document, making the ordering process easy and efficient.
