A regional bank in Pennsylvania chose UniLink to upgrade to 800 of the just released Digital Check TS-500 check scanners to be distributed to all branch locations!
The bank, a Fiserv software user, chose UniLink for the project since the contract with their existing vendor had just expired. The bank valued the hardware expertise and demo equipment UniLink provided during the decision making process among many other value added services. The customer was especially impressed with UniLink’s eCommerce platform, allowing orders to bill and ship to any of the 350 branch locations, assign a PO number to any order, and maintain a complete order history that can be exported from the website into an excel document. UniLink’s eCommerce program makes the ordering process easy and efficient!
The customer has been developing a relationship with UniLink for several years now, and also uses UniLink as their remote deposit capture fulfillment provider to all of their merchant customers.
