Lou, I recently contacted you because we discovered we had accidentally paid a manufacturer for maintenance on scanners we had already traded into you. At that time you agreed to contact the manufacturer for us to discontinue maintenance but inadvertently forgot. You called to tell me that you would refund our money to us. Your efforts to get a refund from the manufacturer unfortunately did not materialize but you kept your word anyway and sent us the $4,600.00. We will continue to use you and your company for our equipment purchases and we look forward to working with you in the future.
